Cycling has been a passion of mine for many years now, and it has brought me a great deal of joy and satisfaction. However, it has also been an investment in terms of time, money, and energy. In this blog post, I want to talk about my cycling net worth and what it means to me, taking into account both my cycling assets and how it aligns with the future of transportation.

First of all, let’s define what cycling net worth is. Essentially, it is the total value of all the assets you have invested in cycling, including your bike, accessories, and gear, as well as the time and effort you have put into training and competing. This can be a difficult thing to quantify, as it encompasses both tangible and intangible elements. Understanding this is crucial for those looking at cycling and urban mobility as a viable part of the future of transportation.

For me, my cycling net worth is a combination of the physical assets I have invested in as well as the emotional and mental investment I have made in the sport. I have a few high-end road bikes that I have purchased over the years, as well as a collection of accessories and gear such as helmets, shoes, and cycling clothing. These are all tangible assets that have a monetary value, but they also represent the benefits of cycling for commute, bringing me joy and satisfaction when I am out on the road.

In addition to the physical assets, my cycling net worth also includes the time and effort I have put into training and competing. I have spent countless hours on the bike, honing my skills and pushing myself to be the best cyclist I can be. I have also invested in coaching and training programs to help me improve my performance. This intangible investment is part of the broader cycling transportation trends, contributing to the personal growth and satisfaction I have gained from cycling.

Overall, my cycling net worth is something that I am incredibly proud of. It represents all the hard work, dedication, and passion that I have put into the sport over the years. While it may not be something that can be fully quantified in monetary terms, it plays a significant role in cycling’s role in sustainable transport, which is becoming increasingly important in our modern world. I am excited to continue to build on this net worth as I continue to pursue my passion for cycling, contributing to the evolution of cycling and urban mobility.

  1. If I ride my cycle slowly bloody dogs are chasing me. I should have gotten an electric bicycle even if it costs 1.5 – 2 times a regular bicycle.

    • I think even with Ebike, dogs won’t spare you. You need to be cautious when dogs are around and slow down. In our experience cyclists in attire and helmet look very different therefore they consider us to be a threat. if you spend more time with them while slowing down when you see them realise we are the same as other human beings, they will accept you.
